In the next four years, this is what we will accomplish together:

- Regain accreditation by achieving at least 9 of the 14 state benchmarks -- with growth in at least two achievement areas
- Initiate and/or begin redevelopment on most of our vacant schools
- Responsibly implement community schools that enjoy strong community support
- Develop a collection of strong high school academies -- each one providing a college preparation curriculum
- Witness all viable candidates for municipal office embracing the issue of public education
- Encourage our strongest corporate citizens to become sponsors for specific schools
- Earn a reputation as a credible and reliable community partner
